Convert any Club Car DS series cart over to a Navitas AC kit.

AC kit size options will vary based on some questions below. 

1. The 5KW motor will NOT fit unless the cart has a 6" lift.  If no lift then you have to use the 4KW motor.
2. If your cart started life as a resistor cart you will want to install a PB8 pedal box.  The resistor cart V-Glide will work but it will not be a smooth experience and the cart will be jerky with the AC kit.

• TAC2 Club Car Module (installed)
• OTF1.0 Programmer (3.75m cable)
• Hardware Mounting Kit
• Navitas 4KW or 5KW (10T) AC Motor
• AC Motor Phase Cable
• Motor Sensor Cable
• Aftermarket Club Car IQ Wiring Harness
• FNR Switch
• Run/Tow Switch

This is a drop in kit with minimum effort needed to install.  It does require swapping out the carts main wiring harness, but it is not a huge deal to do.

This kit will convert your cart over to a toggle switch for reverse just like all other shunt style carts (similar to a Precedent)

 Disclaimers:
